The machine for connecting the insulators
Structure Principles:
1 Frame type, the inner hole and four pillars holes are working together. The seal of the cylinder can endure the high press and have wear resistance, to make sure the deformation will not happen. The cone sleeve is oxidative with cold mould. The mould is heat treated in vacuum.2 The system adopts two hydraulic was to achieve fast giving. To provide the high quality, the hydraulic valve is imported from Taiwan. To low down the noise we install the vane pump.3 The operating system comes from Omron, Japan and the human interface comes from Eview, Taiwan.4 The acoustic emission passed the USA Inspection System, so the accuracy is high and the curve is shown clearly.
